MGA has jury and non-jury experience in cases involving business relationships, anti-competitive business practices, and other economic interests. For example, MGA successfully modified an overly restrictive covenant not to compete with a local professional to allow him to remain working in Las Vegas. MGA has successfully navigated multiple business dissolutions, including negotiating the separation of business partners, allowing our client to keep multiple franchise locations, and prevailing in a jury trial to enforce our client’s licensing rights in Nevada. MGA regularly litigates the interpretation and enforcement of contracts and other transactions governed by various uniform commercial codes.
